NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY
Please note that when you purchase our Flexi Guide Programme, Files/Books (digital or printed), or any of our services offered via this website or our social media platforms, you are paying for information, guidelines, and online coaching. As such, these products and services are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This policy also applies to our Recipe Books.
This policy exists to protect the nature of our offerings—particularly digital products and services—which cannot be returned once accessed or delivered, as they involve intangible content.
Exceptions:
This policy does not apply in cases where a printed Recipe Book or File arrives damaged or defective, or in the case of damaged physical products. In such instances, we will gladly replace the affected item with a new one.
PAYMENTS
We prefer online payments, but we also accept Cash on Delivery for customers who may not be familiar with our online payment system. Additionally, payments via BOV Mobile to Mobile and Revolut are accepted and should be sent to the following number: 79836375.
Kindly contact us to confirm your payment if using BOV or Revolut, so we can verify that it has been successfully received.
FREE DELIVERY
We offer free delivery on all book orders of €25 or more, as well as on selected health and wellness products, across Malta and Gozo. A €5 delivery fee applies to all other orders.
