Please note that when you buy our Flexi Guide Programme and/or any of our Files/Books (digital or printed) or Services found on this website or on our Social Media, you are paying for information, guidelines and online coaching. Therefore, please note that these are non-returnable items and we cannot give credit or a refund. This Policy applies to our Recipe Books as well. This Policy serves to protect our products (both digital and printed ones) as well as our services which are non-returnable by nature as the information they contain is not a tangible object.
Please note that this Policy is NOT applicable in case of a damaged/defective Recipe Book/printed File or damaged products. In such cases, we will replace the damaged/defective item with a new one.
PAYMENTS:
We prefer Online Payments but, we accept Cash on Delivery too as we understand that some people may not be familiar with the Online Payments we have on our website. Payments by BOV Mob to Mob and Revolut are accepted too and should be sent to this number: 79836375. Kindly contact us if you send your payment by BOV or Revolut so that we will confirm that payment went through.
FREE DELIVERY:
We offer FREE Delivery on all book orders starting from €25 in both Malta and Gozo and, we offer FREE Delivery on all the health and wellness products from €50 onwards in both Malta and Gozo. Otherwise, delivery fee is €5.
