No Return & No Refund Policy
Please note that when you purchase the Flexi Guide Programme, files/books (digital or printed), or any services offered via this website or our social media platforms, you are paying for information, guidelines, and online coaching. As such, these products and services are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy also applies to recipe books.
This policy exists to protect the nature of our offerings — particularly digital products and services, which cannot be returned once accessed or delivered due to their intangible nature.
Exceptions: This policy does not apply in cases where a printed recipe book or file arrives damaged or defective, or where physical products are damaged. In such cases, the affected item will be replaced.
Payments
We prefer online payments; however, we also accept Cash on Delivery for customers who may not be familiar with online payment systems.
Payments via BOV Mobile to Mobile and Revolut are also accepted and should be sent to 79836375.

Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on:
- Book orders of €25 or more
- Selected health and wellness product orders of €60 or more
Delivery is available across Malta and Gozo.
Orders not meeting these thresholds are subject to a €5 delivery fee.
