Fiona Briffa is a Certified Nutrition Coach and Wellness Entrepreneur based in Malta. She is the Founder of Be Healthy Malta, an online health and wellness home-based business dedicated to helping individuals achieve sustainable weight loss and long-term wellbeing.
Fiona’s journey into the world of wellness began with her own personal health transformation. After struggling with weight-related issues and trying countless diets, she discovered the power of balanced nutrition and realistic lifestyle changes. This experience ignited her passion to support others facing similar challenges.
Before launching her wellness business, Fiona worked as a teacher—an experience that strengthened her natural ability to educate, guide, and encourage others. Inspired to make a more personal impact, she decided to pursue her passion full-time and took the leap into entrepreneurship.
She obtained professional certifications in Nutrition, Healthy Living and Weight Loss Coaching from Internationally recognised Institutions and her passion for educating and helping others led her to establish Be Healthy Malta, where she combines her expertise in nutrition with her dedication to supporting clients on their weight loss journeys.
In fact, her genuine desire to help others, led her to create the Flexi Guide Programme—a flexible, easy-to-follow system that empowers clients to lose weight without restrictive dieting or unmanageable routines. Her programme focuses on encouragement, balance, and lasting results—helping clients feel confident, in control and happy on their weight loss journey.
In addition to her weight loss coaching services, Fiona publishes healthy recipe books as well. She operates her online book store offering various healthy recipe books and ebooks, as well as a health and wellness shop featuring recommended products. She is also an affiliated partner of an eco-friendly cleaning products company.
Today, Fiona continues to inspire and support individuals in adopting healthier habits and transforming their lives from the inside out. She believes that wellness is a lifestyle for a lifetime.
